AED
The Arts In Education Directory of the Northeast

Budget Cuts! Cutbacks! Belt-Tightening! The Economy!

Do you find that booking your shows in schools is a hard job and getting harder all the time? Printing and sending your promotional material to the people who make the decisions costs thousands of your hard-earned dollars for - design - graphics - supplies - printing - mailing lists - labels - wages, and the most important expenditure of all, - YOUR TIME!

LET AED DO THE JOB FOR YOU!

REMEMBERÉ

WHEN THE GOING GETS TOUGH, THE TOUGH ADVERTISE!

Here are some great reasons to place your ad in the AED:

1. Direct mailing to more than 5500 PTA/Principals

Place a FULL-PAGE or HALF-PAGE AD in one of the most powerful tools in the US for promoting your shows! Put your ad into the hands of more than 5,500 PTA members and principals of elementary and middle schools in the Northeast.  Also, the AED will be given out free-of-charge at several major showcases during the coming year, giving your company even more exposure.

2. Don't be a throwaway!

Schools and PTA's receive hundreds of flyers each yearÉmany end up discarded, lost, or buried in a huge pile of papers on the wrong desk. By listing your program in the AED you will be part of a major resource for thousands of schools. The first rule of marketing is that your name only "registers" when your target audience sees it in several places. Let the AED get your information out in a way that is cost-effective, highly significant and widely circulated. You can't afford NOT to be a part of the AED.

3. Great for block booking and tours

The target area of the AED is one of the most densely populated in the US with thousands of schools within a four-hour driving radius of New York City. The Directory will be sent to over 5500 select schools in New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut and Eastern Pennsylvania.

4. You'll get a FREE WEBPAGE on the popular AED WEBSITE

When you place your ad in the AED, you'll get a FREE page in the ONLINE DIRECTORY as well. It includes a photo, a quote, a description of the show, contact information, a direct link to your web page, and several other links of your choosing such as YouTube, MySpace, etc.

5. Web-savvy promotion of the AED

The AED will be promoted widely online and through Google Ads by our new SEO/SEM manager, Michael Cherry. (That means that we now have super-cool Search Engine Optimization/Search Engine Marketing guyÉyou may not think you need one, but you do!)
